I was standing in line at a sushi shop today when a young woman and her boyfriend joined the queue behind me...
The woman said (pointing to McDonald's across the foodcourt), "they say sushi isn't any healthier than McD's... there might be more fat in burgers, but the preservatives in sushi are really bad..."
I looked at the rice, the nori, the fresh fish, avacado & chicken that was on selection and couldn't help but wonder what the heck she was talking about! Can anyone out there tell me that the kind of sushi I was looking at was as bad for me as a Big Mac & Fries?
